Voicemail not refreshing

Is anyone having voicemail issues with Fold 4 or S23 Ultra? Voicemail are not refreshing.

Go to Settings > Apps > Voicemail tap on Battery then tap on UNRESTRICTED

As voicemail is a carrier provided service, it would be best to reach out to them to resolve this.

We are using the VPN though Google. We unchecked it and now the voicemail is working again

I didn't even think about that I had the same problem one time but I also had the issue I commented earlier that was why I said to check that glad you figured it out
