Fold & Flip PhonesVerizon's fix was to remove the protector and tell me to order a new one on Amazon. I bought the IQ Shield protector. It was a little difficult to install but so far - just 2 weeks - it has been excellent. Others have gone to Ubreakifix, my local one told me they did not have a replacement protector.

Fold & Flip PhonesSamsung sent me to Ubreak and they said they can't fix it. Samsung wanted me to send the phone in for repair. I am a Realtor, being without my phone is not an option. Not impressed.
