Buds 2 pro the worst for calls

It's me or always I have the worst communication with the buds 2 pro.

The other person says always I hear away and barely audible. 

I've chance rubers and position and nothing.

Why the competitors can achieve a great performance with calls in wireless earphones???

It's really a mess.
