I received two email with rescheduling dates to pick up from best buy. Finally got an email on 8/22 letting me know I could pick up the buds3 pro on 8/23.

I received mine yesterday. They are pretty darn nice. A little bit on the trebly pitched side even on most music but overall comfortable and sound great.

So I pre-ordered the galaxy buds 3 pro's weeks ago and also ordered the clip case for it. I keep getting spammed with samsung promotions telling me if I preorder the buds 3 pro I get the clip case for free? I already pre-ordered weeks ago and had to pay for the case. I feel we should be getting refunds/promotional credits applied.
