Buds 3 Pro - Mics not working / low sound

Have use samsung diagnostics, cannot even hear myself after recording.

Have reset buds, restarted phone, cleaned ear buds, updated software.... nothing works.

Where do I take buds that I bought in UK at an Airport, when I am in Budapest?
