Since I received my Samsung buds 3 Pro alwayss I have some issues, sometimes is one of the side not working properly, now the left hand side isn't charging
I've done all the steps that I founded in this community.
So, what I should do now, once nothing make it work? (I am baked in UK :united_kingdom: ).
I'm not sure what is going on with your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro's. I also have them, & what I found out was, I brought these little anti-slip covers to go on them. Once I put them in the charging case, they would not charge. Then I removed the anti-slip covers, & they began charging with no problem.
Sorry, bud, this isn't normal. I've tried everything, and it's still not working. I believe this is some kind of issue with the batch. This should be retrieved; we shouldn't face this problem. Samsung should take responsibility for its mistake. Everyone knows they had some issues after the release date last year, and now we need to chase them about Samsung's issues. This isn't acceptable at all.
