Buds 3 pro light on in the case

I sent my Buds 3 Pro under warranty because they had manufacturing defects with the sound and some cosmetic issues, but now they gave me new ones but one earphone remains in the box with the light on.

Hello Andersiu, Welcome, and thank you for being part of the Community. We understand the concern with the light remaining on while in the charging cradle.

Are you able to turn the light off by pinching the blade?

Have you tried resetting the earbuds to see if that turns off the light while in the case? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/ 

If the light cannot be turned off, please send a private message to any of the moderators, so we can look into this further.  (You can send a message by clicking on any of our names and selecting to send a message.)
