My pro buds will not connect to the wearable app battery is full and I would like to use the app when I use the ear buds. And it's a A10e phone with all updates installed. So how do I connect to the app?

It is very frustrating when the earbuds will not connect to the Wearables app. It is recommended to have the Buds evaluated by a certified technician.
