Hi y'all, just got this Galaxy buds plus, it's all new and the it appears original though I have few issues with it. First I noticed it shows a red light when charging the case but shows a blue light when charging the buds with the case instead of red light, secondly they connect with my Bluetooth but always shows *disconnected from earbuds* when I try to view them on the wearable app so can't reset. Thirdly the left ear only charges up to 80% I have tried several maneuvers but didn't work right. Pls help!
