Buds2 pro: Find my Earbuds does not show the earbuds

I have an issue with my Buds2 Pro. When I open the Wearable app and click "Find My Earbuds," it doesn't show me the Buds2 Pro; it only shows my phone.

Don't use Buds, but is Bluetooth on? That is probably why

Try resetting the buds.

I reset my Galaxy Buds2 Pro, but I still have the issue. Find My Earbuds feature is not showing on the Find apps or SmartThings.
