Buds3 pro: white noise, scratch, difference in LED

I got my Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro today, but there are some issues. When I turn on noise canceling, there is white noise coming in. Also, there is a small scratch on the case, and when I put my earbuds into the case, the left and right LEDs are at different heights. (Also, I can't take the ear tip out; it is already ripped a little bit.)

What should I do?

Did you preorder? They delayed shipping to them because of the ear tip issue. Mine just shipped today and now I'm worried 😫 I thought they fixed this

Yes, I did pre-ordered, and I got it today from Best Buy

It is recommended to send the earbuds and cradle for service. You would need to contact customer support by calling 1-800-726-7864, or reach out to a moderator directly, to have a service ticket created.
