Galaxy BudsThank you for following up. I can certainly understand your frustration with the buttons not functioning due to it asking you to put in both buds. I would be happy to look into this further for you. The first step I would recommend is to reset your Galaxy Buds pro. This will allow you to go back to factory default settings on your buds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085
The next step would be to uninstall the Galaxy wearables app and plug in on your device. If you have tried all the steps provided the last step would be a service repair.
