Earbuds + not connecting to Samsung galaxy ultra 22

I can't pair up my buds + with my galaxy 22 ultra. Help

Download and install the Galaxy Wearable App and make sure it is up to date. Turn on Bluetooth and hit add a device within the app. Should work.

Tried all that. Phone will not recognize buds. Going to let the battery drain and see if when recharging that will help
