Received the galaxy bud pro 3 today, everything's work ok except one the light looks thinner due to bad paint job, so obvious if compared side to side with another bud. Just wondering anybody got the same issue. Contacted Samsung Care and they refused to exchange.
Can you show a picture? I'm just curious. Since they're not defective and it's merely a cosmetic issue, you won't be able to exchange through Samsung Care. You can try the retailer you purchased from and see if they will exchange, but as a heads up it doesn't seem likely
