Galaxy BudsAs per the title, whenever I'm using the buds with ANC and ambient mode both off, the sound quality is noticeably affected. It ends up sounding tinny with no bass response. If I turn on ANC or ambient mode, the sound quality returns with the frequency response I expect out of these. This is particularly noticeable when I only use 1 bud since is the most common scenario for me not to be using ANC or ambient mode, but it happens when I'm using both buds as well.
Anyone else having this issue? If so, do you have a fix for this? Samsung Support wasn't any help. Already tried disconnecting/reconnecting the buds, restarting the phone, and hitting "Reset" for the buds in the Wearable app.
