Galaxy Buds 3 Pro touch sensors not working

I recently just received my Galaxy Buds3 Pro today and I noticed that the touch sensors aren't working. I've talked to dozen of samsung representatives about this problem, none of them have been able to resolve it besides suggesting to order new ones. Only problem is that I now have to pay $163 instead of $109. I'm just curious if anyone is having the same issue with the touch sensors.

Sorry to hear that. I received mine today with a split/raised seam out of the box that scratched my ear. My only recourse is returning them, I paid $72 and don't know what it will be if I reorder. I'll probably just keep the Buds2 Pro for another year.

Just my personal opinion but the Buds3 Pro look and feel cheap next to the Buds2 Pro.

I've started the return process after a long chat. I'd rather wait than chance the replacements being just as bad. Once the news improves I'll look again.

The buds 2 pro had that rubberized coat on them and the buds 3 pro just have bare plastic, and it sounds like there are mechanical switches in the stems from the click sound, so the plastic could be thin there to allow them to work.

Really steamed here that the live translate isn't even available on my s24U.
Major feature to buy them not even ready yet. They should have just done the preorders in August, like usual.

Yeah I noticed the clicks to. Not really a "touch control" with mechanical switches. Forgoing the rubber coating was a mistake IMO.

Can't you file a warranty claim so you don't pay extra and you get replacement

I've already got a RMA and return label for mine. Currently they've pushed delivery dates out to August 24th on Samsung online and October 31st on Amazon for preorders. I might try to reorder them again around Black Friday when the deals are just as good.
