When using my buds, I've encountered issues involving ANC/Ambient which causes the right bud to start peaking and the overall volume of the bud lowers. I have dropped the buds twice and have gently cleaned both buds. It may be possible that one of these events caused the bud to stop working properly, but I do not know.

Possible causes:
● Software - Last update was Janurary 21, 2023 (R510XXU0AWA5)
● Hardware - An issue that was had on the previous generation of Galaxy Buds is there was a possible vent failure causing one bud to malfunction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't experienced such issues with mine. But my left earbud runs off faster than the right when both are connected. Its because i use the left alone mostly.
