Good morning, @Darcsyde, I hope you're doing well.

To reset your Galaxy buds Pro first open your Samsung wearable app while your phone is actively seeing the ear buds (I recommend taking the out of the case in order for this to happen) > next tap the hamburger menu (the three lines on the left) > make sure you select the Galaxy buds Pro to access the settings menu> then scroll down and tap on "earbuds settings"> scroll down and tap on "reset"
