Galaxy BudsI, like so many others, am having severe issues with my ears after wearing my Buds Pro. I awoke this morning at 3:30 with very wet ears. They also are very itchy.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time I had the same symptoms. But, after my ears began to heal, the flaking and extreme itching began. I noticed it began not long after wearing them. I discontinued use.
Last night, I wanted to try again. I wiped down the silicone tips with alcohol. I wore them for roughly 10 minutes and here we are. Wide awake on a work day with awful symptoms.
I own multiple Samsung devices. My televisions (2), 4K UHD Bluray, sound bar and surround sound, phones, tablets and I just bought the Galaxy Book Go. I love that I can connect everything. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the Buds.
What can be done to make this right? Thank you.

Galaxy BudsI ordered a set of memory foam tips from Amazon to see if that fixes the issue and improves the fit.

Galaxy BudsHas anyone received a satisfactory reply or outcome to this issue?
For someone who has had a severe reaction to the buds i just keep getting palmed off by customer services who all they want to do if offer a refund but not actually looking into the problem.
Ive had 2 reactions to using the buds, the second reaction my Dr seemed to think something in the buds was actually burning my inner ear. The buds themselves dont feel hot, so it must be in the makeup of the rubber tip.
i would be interested if anyone has got a satisfactory solution to this.

Galaxy BudsI have been using the Earbuds Pro for just over a month and I realised that my ears have since been really sore. This then followed with severe irritation and irresistible itching. I stopped using the earbuds immediately as I could barely even have it touch my ear without being in pain. My ears then both started to recover so I started using them again recently but the irritation and the urge to itch came back but this time the skin around my ear is flakey and I have fluid discharge from my ears. My ear canal is also swollen to the point where it is closing up.
I got in contact with the support team and was merely told not to use the product and seek medical attention. What a great solution! I have no option but to seek medical care. I mentioned the fact that this was a widespread problem as I can see multiple people have complained of the same issue on this community site but the advisor responded saying that this was the first she heard of it herself. Seems like a strategy to deter people from seeking compensation.
Considering how much these products are for what they are, and seeing that it has affected multiple people i only think it's fair that Samsung considers to compensate those affected instead of continuing to sell the product that is clearly not fit for health and safety.
