Galaxy BudsHello there!
Thanks for reaching out!
I can understand how frustrating it could be to experience audio glitches and the audio staying in one ear while moving around with your earbuds.
There could be a few reasons why you are experiencing this.
First, I would like to assist with the audio glitching issue.
Try resetting the buds to see if that will help with the audio glitches
Tap Watch settings, tap Reset, and then tap Reset again to confirm.
You can also find these steps in this link here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085/
Also, make sure the buds are currently up-to-date with the latest update.
Now with the audio only sounding in one ear while moving around, you may be wearing the bud incorrectly in that ear or the bud may be disconnecting somehow.
- Make sure the bud is positioned correctly inside your ear.
- Make sure the bud is connected, and no other devices are interfering with the connection.
- Make sure the bud is charged.
- Make sure there is no built-up dust or debris in the bud.
Note: Resetting the buds could help with this issue as well.
If you are still experiencing the same symptoms after trying the suggestions/steps above, the buds may need service.
