Galaxy buds 2 pro/Fold 5 calls are distorted

I have the Fold 5 and after a few minutes, the person i am talking to is claiming the call is distorted. After a few weeks, i bought another pair and had the same problem, so i returned them. Now i have another brand of earbuds and i try my pro 2s from time to time and still have the same problem

In that case, I suggest visiting a Samsung authorized service center, like uBreakiFix, for further evaluation. Diagnostics are usually free and they should be able to tell you why none of your buds are working. It seems to be related to the phone, not the earbuds, but they will be able to tell you for sure.

Try this. Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings. Mind you, this clears all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have to reestablish them afterward.

I have done this already. Even when i bought the 2nd pair, i was getting the same complaint fresh out the box, with a fresh charge.
