Galaxy BudsHi there! I have a very weird problem.
I bought my buds 2 pro 5 days ago and have had a great time with them already, but i've had a very weird issue from yesterday.
To sum it up, pausing music works, but after pausing i have to press the button (i tried on either side) 2 more times (not double tap for switching music) for it to play the music again.
It basically follows this pattern for every button press:
-music pauses- music doesn't play- music doesn't play- music plays- music pauses- etc-
the same pattern is the same for for audio files, spotify, youtube, etc.
The buds have been working perfectly until yesterday.
Unpairing and repairing sometimes works, but it's not guaranteed and also not practical to do all the time.
I'd like not to refund, but if no other options arise, i will have to.
I have a xiaomi phone, but i don't think that's relevant (i could be wrong).
Thanks in advance for any support!
EDIT: restarting the phone also works, so there's a chance it could be related to the phone, but i'd like to troubleshoot first

Galaxy BudsThank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I can certainly understand your concern with your touchpads not working correctly and would be happy to look into this further for you. There are a few reasons why your earbuds may not recognize your touch when you're performing touchpad commands. For example, the touchpads may have been accidentally locked, or you may not be wearing the earbuds correctly. To fix this, you can unlock the touchpads in the Galaxy Wearable app, review how to properly wear your earbuds, and check for software updates. Give this link a try for steps to make sure your touchpads are working correctly: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208806/
The next step would be to try to pair your buds with another device if you have one available to rule out the phone causing these symptoms. If you don't have another phone, then the next step would be service. You can use the following link below to request service. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer service directly at 1-800-726-7864.
For international devices, please reach out to a support team in your area for further assistance: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
