How does the trade-in process work for the return of the previous Galaxy buds series device?

So I just placed the order for my buds2 pro. I am trading in my buds2 and I have a couple questions. 

1. Do I send my old buds back before or when the new ones arrive?

2. How do I get the shipping label?

1. You will have something like 2 weeks to send them in.
2. Your shipping label should be in your email.

All I got was an email saying what I ordered and what I am trading in. No label. Will I get the label when the new buds come in?
