Since my software update,I have no sound on my left earbud.

Any suggestions??

Hello,

If you haven't, please try to Factory Reset your buds. After that, when you update them, make sure to have them close to the case and with the case being open during the whole updating process.

THANKS Sergio for that Advice. I eventually found out how reset them from Youtube.
I have the Galaxy Buds 2
