I'm having issues with my Bud live with I'm talking on the phone outside or inside.. they said it sound like I'm far away and when I turn it off.. they always say much better...

using a S20 Ultra phone. the wearable App has the wonderful feature of being able to read notifications from various apps. I just wish this worked better. If the App gets down to 3rd in line if being open it won't work. if I'm listening to music, and open 2 other Apps it shuts off the option of reading notifications.

The active noise cancelation not work, what's happening?

I like that they last a decent amount of time and the sound is great as well. What I don't like about them is that they won't stay in my ears. The problem is that I have small ears and the device keeps sliding out. I can't fit them in my ears all the way.

did you try replacing the rubberized part with a smaller one? I did this and it helped.
