I am unable to find my earbuds live and I accidentally unpaired them. I believe they are uncharged or off. How can I turn them on or locate them without actually having them on or paired?

i am having the same issue i cannot locate my buds+ even though they are charged and in the case and paired. it shows me the last time they were connected.

I like that they last a decent amount of time and the sound is great as well. What I don't like about them is that they won't stay in my ears. The problem is that I have small ears and the device keeps sliding out. I can't fit them in my ears all the way.

did you try replacing the rubberized part with a smaller one? I did this and it helped.
