Galaxy BudsHello JesterPizzle, Thank you for your contributions in the Community! We know how disappointing it is to not be able to use your Buds FE during calls.
This article provides some suggestions that may help with the audio: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/#poor-sound-during-calls There are also additional links in the article with several other steps you can try.
If you've completed all the steps and are still experiencing poor call quality, we recommend having the Buds FE evaluated by an authorized service technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support by calling 1-800-726-7864.
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
