Buds 3 Pro mic can only be used for calls and Whatsapp

Hello

I bought buds 3 pro yesterday, i tried it, all is right but when i have to use the mic on any application other than phone calls or whatsapp calls tge phone's mic is used.

When i do a phone call or whatsapp call the bud's mic is used

But when record voice or use any app the phone's mic is used

What is the problem ?

Hello mohammadkhalil95, Welcome to the Community. We understand the frustration of the mic not working with applications other than phone calls and Whatsapp.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices to test with the apps? It is possible the apps do not allow Bluetooth Mic access.

I had buds 2 pro and it is working well, but the new buds is not working well

But i connect the buds to a mobile other than samsung it works well
