Samsung galaxy buds2 pro ambient sound automatically turning on and off

Does anyone have trouble with the ambient sound automatically turning on and off with the buds back and forth?

Yes I returned the twice same issue returned them and got me Sony WF1000XM5 aside my Bose Ultra.

Hello, Ambient sound is a great feature that allows you to still hear what's going on around when using the Buds. We understand how frustrating it can be for the feature to turn off and on repeatedly.

Have you tried resetting the Buds? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/

Also, make sure the Buds are seated properly in your ears. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00082785/
