I am unable to pair Buds3 pro to my Windows 11 work laptop. Pressing the pairing button on the case does not seem to put it in pairing mode. What can I do to pair it?
Also, unable to use the Buds Windows app as this is a work laptop.
I have tried other solutions presented here without success. E.g. press pairing button while case is open and charging, multiple presses, press after LED goes off, etc.
