Change note pro pen dictionary when in China

So I am in China, and I purchased a Note20 Ultra.

It's great but I am in China and the pen hover translate doesn't work unless I have a VPN on.

Its a hassle as I have to keep switching.

Is there any way to change the dictionary to Baidu translate?
