How to disable tips or suggestions pop up?

I keep getting tips or suggestions that pop up and stay on my screen for too long. How do I get rid of this?

From settings > Tips and helps > tap 3 dots in upper right corner > settings > notifications > turn off show notifications ( slide to left )
