How to turn off phone alert every time I pick up the phone?

I have a Galaxy Note 10 and ever since the last update this annoying phone vibration happens whenever I pick up the phone, or when the phone is locked to unlock it vibrates. I've turned off all the gesture features and nothing has worked

Have you turned off smart alert? Smart alert causes the phone to vibrate when you pick it up, if, you've missed a call or message.

This worked! Thanks Malarky. I was on the phone with support for an hour, then the following day I went into the store, no one could make it stop or figure it out 😫 they told me to reset my phone, I'm like ....glad I decided to check here first
