I have disabled recommended app from recent apps but it came back

After I wake up, I see something wierd things hoing on. I have disabled recommended app from recent apps but it came back. There is also a thing appeared that split screen. I have most of most of good lock apps but I haven't turned such options. 

Is there anyone that encountered with something like these?

The task changer code in Home Up app was updated. This caused the recommended apps to be re-enabled. It also added quick launch of split screen on recent app.

Yeah, after posting, I turned on and off task changer and I see that button appeared and disappeared. Thanks a lot for confirming.
