My note 9 is stuck on android recovery I’ve tried all the options except factory reset or wipe data

At the bottom ofThe screen it says #reboot recovery cause is [system_server 12779 recovery system rescue party]#.   reason is [rescue party]#.  supported API 3

I have tried everything so far except for factory reset or wiping all the data please help

Hello, We understand the disappointment of the phone being stuck in recovery mode. Have you tried doing a fore restart using these steps?

Press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

If the phone does not restart using this method, a factory reset would be recommended. 

If the phone does not recover after the factory reset, service is recommended. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
