Note 20: Keyboard not opening, security policy preventing screenshots, S Pen no longer working

Is anyone having a problem with taking a screenshot 

Keeps saying 

Can't take screenshot due to security policy 

I have had Samsung go in my phone and they can't see my main screen also 

Keyboard won't pop up  to login to my bank app. 

ANY HELP PLEASE 

 Have always had Samsung phones this one has me stuck. 

Let me add that my S Pen doesn't work . and also can't screenshot with S Pen or the opion to touch screenshot .

No it didn't work , they accessed my phone and they couldn't find my home screen

2 lower right side buttons simultaneously ( at the same time)

Did the with a Samsung tech support did not work . My S Pen doesn't work either

Run device care then restart the phone...

I was with Samsung support for 3 hours they couldn't fix it

Well there's always reset the factory start over!

I know I need to back up A LOT , my father passed and I have A LOT of things I don't want to lose . Thank you
