Roaming network notification issue

 how to get rid of this? This is my galaxy note 10, and I am visiting another country. And then, this popped up and I have no idea how to remove it.

@user_drty6hji It looks like your phone is looking for cellular service and not finding anything. To stop the phone from looking for cellular service turn on Airplane mode.

If you are not going to use data roaming while traveling, go into your connection settings and turn data roaming off, then you should not get those notifications anymore. settings/connections/mobile networks/data roaming. Alternatively. you can turn off mobile data in your quick panel.

I went to the settings but I could not find it. Also, I already turned off my mobile data.

If you tap the notification that says tap here to set netwok. It should bring you to the setting (or sub menu) ehere you can turn roaming off.
