I wear my Ring to go to an exercise studio and take a high-intensity, circuit training 45 minute class, while leaving my phone in the locker about 100 ft away.

When the class is finished I come back to my phone to sync, but it seems that the Ring is not recording the activity at all and there is a 60 minute window of NOTHING in the heart rate/BPM logs!

The heart rate/BPM logs are empty during the time of my exercise class!  Almost as though I didn't even work out...!

I assume this is because my Ring could not communicate with the phone using Bluetooth as its too far away?

But shouldn't the Ring store this activity on the device itself and then sync/download when a Bluetooth connection is established again?

This has happened 3+ times now, ever since I got the Ring recently.  It has never worked correctly.

This is unrelated to Ring.  You're in the wrong place.

Nobody has any comments?

So when you go for a 1 hour run and leave your phone at home.....does it save all that data to the Ring and sync up perfectly again (to record the heart rate BPM details, etc during the run) when in Bluetooth range of your phone again?

If so....I am NOT seeing that behavior.
