Aren't I supposed to be able to access anything on mobile data since that was how it worked on my older phone. Most things are blocked because of the mobile data.
Is your phone accidentally set to a data limit? This is separate from any carrier limit and some people set it so those on limited plans won't go over--mobile data will automatically be stopped.
Try looking here: settings/connections/data usage/billing cycle and data warning. Make sure set data warning and set data limit are off.
