So my phone will usually cut out in my car randomly, and I just got use to turning off my bluetooth and turning it back on. Recently my phone wouldn't connect to my headphones while my computer has zero problem connecting to my headphones. Yesterday my watch will randomly tell me that it's not connected to my phone. I looked up how to fix it but the settings in my phone won't allow me to clear chache, or clear anything. So I unpaired everything in my bluetooth and now it won't even connect to my watch without issues. 😞

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is for the Bluetooth to continuously disconnect. We recommend clearing the cache partition.

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
If the Bluetooth continues to disconnect, then try resetting the network settings.
  1. From the home screen, swipe up to open the menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap General management.
  4. Tap Reset.
  5. Tap Reset network settings.
  6. Tap Reset settings.
  7. Tap Reset.. After the network settings on your Samsung phone have been reset, you might have to reconfigure certain settings, such as Wi-Fi.

A third step to try is testing the phone in Safe Mode to see if an app is interfering with the Bluetooth connection. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

As a final step, perform a complete backup and factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the phone is unable to maintain a Bluetooth connection after all troubleshooting is complete, service is recommended. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or contact customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
