Galaxy S10 not turning on

I received my new Samsung Galaxy S10 this morning. I charged it for about 2 hours but I can't seem to turn it on. What am I doing wrong?

Have you held the power button for few seconds? Try holding power button until you see Samsung logo.

@Swathen57 The Galaxy S10 was introduced in Feb 2019. Where did you buy a new S10? or is it just new to you?
