Has Samsung Messages changed?

Has the logo for this app changed?? Used to be the blue/white logo, now yellow/white as per photo….are these the same apps??

the first icon is the current one. looks like the second one is from the old Samsung Experience launcher.

@An2net: Sorry about that. It isn't a new icon and I concede that @notforhire is CORRECT. My apologies. I didn't mean to paste 'fresh new icon'. And I am sorry for the confusion.
