Looking for Samsung to step in and look at what this chat support is doing to their Brand.....
For 29 days I have been dealing with the following.... blind transfers to a multitude of departments that do not support phones, deceptive practices, agents changing language during chat in frustration, non response times from agents to disconnect me from chat, canceling chat session completely forcing me to survey, recently telling me to reset network settings and even wipe phone, and injecting serious anxiety inducing conversation telling me my device is hacked and being forceful in the messaging...
