If you can get to phone settings, select reset option then Reset all settings. After restart, you can customize it again to your liking. It sounds like a theme issue and you can play with different theme colors if you don't want to reset all settings.

I ve messed with buttons I probably shouldn't have, now my phone is in black and white mode only. I reset all settings, it's still black and white. How do I get the color back?
