Galaxy S Phones- Open the picture in Gallery.
- Click on the pencil to edit the picture.
- Click on the decal icon (looks like a square smily with a turned up corner).
- Click on the icon which looks like a calendar page.
- Click on the date sticker that you want applied to the picture.
- Position the sticker where you want it.
- Click on Save.

This works for individual pictures after they steer taken but I would like it to AUTOMATICALLY assign the date each time a picture is taken. Thanks, though, for this answer which does help some.

May also need to turn on location in ur camera settings.
