How can I get the date to show on pictures automatically?

How do I get the date to be on pictures?

1. Open the picture in Gallery.
2. Click on the pencil to edit the picture.
3. Click on the decal icon (looks like a square smily with a turned up corner). 
4. Click on the icon which looks like a calendar page. 
5. Click on the date sticker that you want applied to the picture. 
6. Position the sticker where you want it.
7. Click on Save.

This works for individual pictures after they steer taken but I would like it to AUTOMATICALLY assign the date each time a picture is taken. Thanks, though, for this answer which does help some.

May also need to turn on location in ur camera settings.
