How can I stop a particular caller from calling?

Is there a way that I may not know about to stop one particular caller? Every 2 hours I get a call from numbers that start with 441, I block them but they call back with the last 4 digits changed. Trying to sell me health insurance. Every 2 hours, all day, everyday.

if the same scammer person calls you every 2 hours for days you can probably call the police and get a peace order or something of the sort which would make it illegal for them to do that
