Hi, and thank you for your question. The process to unpair paired Bluetooth devices is thankfully simple!
-Swipe up or down to view the apps.
-Touch Settings.
-Touch Connections.
-Touch Bluetooth.
-To unpair a device, tap the "Settings" icon next to the desired device.
Note: Bluetooth settings are only available if Bluetooth is turned "On."
-Touch Unpair.

Also, be sure to place the device you had paired to your phone back into pairing mode, by default most blue tooth devices will still try to connect to your phone, even if you remove the device from your phones Bluetooth connection list, thanks!

Go to the item you want to remove. Click the settings cog to the right of the name of the connected device. At the bottom will be the option to unpair. Click it
