Is there a way to activate or download options for wifi calling for a galaxy s20 fe that came straight from samsung?

It depends on your carrier. The S20FE has wifi calling as a built in feature but some carriers don't allow it.

You can call your carrier and see if it is an option they can enable for you. Sometimes it is a free feature you simply have to ask for them to enable.

If you don't see an option to enable wifi calling, it should already be enabled on its own. If you don't see it, then your answer is no.
