How do I "unblock" messaging..."Msg blocking is active"  I am unable to receive texts.

Which messages app are you referring to?

Came loaded on my Android phone. Sorry I am not technically savvy. Could be SMS messenger

Sent a 3rd text to different person as test. She recvd & I recvd her response. Not affecting all contacts it appears.

Yesterday I was waiting to recv text from SS with code. Never arrived. Today tried sending 2 texts to different people. Got msg "couldn't be sent. Msg blocking is active". Have Restarted phone..didn't work. Thought about uninstalling/reinstalling app but that option to uninstall is not available.

You may need to open up your contacts and check each one to see if they're individually blocked, if you haven't already done so.

Unfortunately none of my contacts were set to "block"
