Need assistance in unlocking apps on my home screen?

I want to unlock the apps on the home screens so I may rearrange some.  Can anyone help?

@lynder  Long press on your Home screen select settings and then toggle off Lock Home screen layout

Go to setting,
click on Home screen option,
then toggle the slide bar to the left to turn off Icon lock!

The quick and easy way

Long press (you know, press your finger and hold it momentarily) on an empty area of the Home screen

Tap the Settings icon option lower right

Tap on the toggle button for the entry named "Lock Home Screen Layout"
